IS THERE A GREATER HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION IN NORWAY TODAY THAN TO SEPARATE NEWBORN CHILDREN FROM THEIR PARENTS WITHOUT JUST CASE?

IS THERE A GREATER HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION IN NORWAY TODAY THAN TO SEPARATE NEWBORN CHILDREN FROM THEIR PARENTS WITHOUT JUST CASE?

"The process of removing a newly born child from its family is a decision that is difficult to undo. Therefore, The Court of Human Rights particularly sets stringent requirement that all other options must be thoroughly investigated." MONS OPPEDAL, law professor.

In few other areas Norwegian human rights violations make such glaring manifestations.
These cases that actually deals with newborns and their parents, parents who have never gotten the chance to try to be parents, and families that never got to be families, why THESE cases don't get a better follow up of those who want changes in our system, I do not understand.

Fortunately, we ourselves have begun to experience a greater contact with Norwegian media, and there will soon be a newspaper article about our cause, focusing on violations of basic human rights for children and parents.

Fortunately, I find that some see the value of addressing these tragedies we go through, and not let what is clearly a violation of both Norwegian and international law go unnoticed. We need to promote these issues, and to stand together to show WHAT undesirable outcomes such cases can provide.
